Advancing CT Together is an umbrella agency that includes AIDS Connecticut, CT Center for Harm Reduction, CT Association for Human Services, Connecticut Pride, and fiscally sponsored entities CT Early Childhood Alliance and Keep the Promise Coalition. We address the root causes of poverty, addiction and health inequities through strength-based services and advocacy to ensure all people in Connecticut have equitable resources necessary to achieve multi-generational health, wealth and happiness.
Each of our divisions provide important programs and services which include case management; emergency financial assistance; a drop-in wellness center; harm reduction education; substance user health services; HIV testing and counseling; distribution of health education materials, condoms and overdose prevention kits; housing support services; financial education and coaching; free tax preparation; LGBTQ+ community resources; quality assurance and training; and advocacy for systems change.
